God bless a 6′ 2″ Russian/Amazonian woman, with athletic good looks, that has an appetite for tasty cheese burgers.
With the nation’s attention on Barry Bonds’ 755, Tom Glavine’s 300, Tiger Woods’ however many gizillion tourney wins, and the anticipation of Pacman Jones’ wrestling debut (right), running a little under the radar this past weekend was Maria Sharapova winning the Acura Classic in Carlsbad, CA. She beat ’who-gives-a-shit’ Patty Schynder 6-2, 3-6, 6-0 for her first victory since the 2006 U.S. Open. Upon winning the $181k first prize check and a new Acura, she had this to say:
“I’ve got a few Range Rovers in my garage and I don’t feel I need another car,” said Sharapova. “Maybe I’ll send it to Russia.”
Cars, it seems, are not important to Sharapova, but In-N-Out burgers are. After winning here a year ago, she visited an In-N-Out. “This year I want to do the same thing,” she said. [SOURCE]
For those of you right-coasters, you cannot imagine a better burger than In-N-Out….a delectable California treat that is untouchable. And Maria is a fan?
I must go now and pin that Maria poster on my bedroom wall. She is complete. She is my hero. She is all woman. I hear her roar.
