I think you’ll find it was shown on an Aussie TV show, but the woman and child are American. Try listening to their accents.

this is horrible i hate australias funniest home video show and btw they ARE american THAT WOULD EXPLAIN WHY THE MOTHER IS LAUGHING AT HER SON!
