All the hub-bub that Tiger Woods should be lynched was diffused by agent Mark Steinberg as a “non-issue” and put to rest on Tuesday.

Recent comments from Golf Channel’s Kelly Tilghman that golfers should take Tiger Woods down this year by ”lynch(ing) him in a back alley” were initially fodder for the media to race to the race card, sensationalized, and now should be put to bed….Per Tiger’s agent:

“This story is a non-issue. Tiger and Kelly are friends and Tiger has a great deal of respect for Kelly. Regardless of the choice of words used we know unequivocally that there was no ill intent in her comments. This story is a non-issue in our eyes. Case closed.” [link]

Tiger was later over heard saying “bitches don’t belong on the links”, but has since clarified his comments….saying that he meant dogs should be kept on leashes when around and/or near golf courses.  We expect a major news conference soon to discuss the matter…
